Weddings - Evening Timetable

Planning Your Evening TimeTable

Mark out the main points of the evening i.e. start time, food, band/entertainment, finish time.

The start time will be determined by the conclusion of the wedding breakfast and your invited evening guests or if you had a break in the afternoon the pre arranged time with the venue.

The first part of the evening will need some background music. Will there be a DJ or have you negotiated with the band to play some background music on their sound system.

Food will usually be mid-way around 9pm allowing approximately 30 - 45mins for this section.

Bands first set usually starting with your first dance around 9.45 till 10.45 then a break. (Back to the disco) The band then plays their final set 11 till 12.

If your event finishes at 1pm or later then the DJ will normally complete this part of the evening.
