Weddings - Check List

So - Where do you start!

Well maybe if we identify the questions you should ask then we may have enough information to make informed decisions:

• Will the wedding breakfast run straight through to the evening party or is there a break between the two events?
• Are there any evening guests invited?
• Is there any food to be served during the evening party and what time would the venue prefer to serve it?
• What time will the party finish? (The venue will have a definite 'all finish' time)
• What entertainment will you need i.e. a band, disco, music ensemble, background music or a mixture of both?
• What sort of band do you want - background or entertainment etc.
• If you book a band, how long will they play for and what will you do for music between the bands performances?
• Is the band's equipment fully P.A.T (Portable Appliance Test) tested (many venues will refuse to allow bands to play unless this is the case).  We have an up to date certificate for all of our equipment.
• Does the band have public liability insurance, to guarantee the highest standards of safety for you and your guests? (Many venues will demand copies of these documents to defer liability to the musicians)
